Having learners access the platform after they graduate is entirely possible in Potential.ly. We'll look at a few solutions:
SSO (Single-sign-on)
Universities and institutions typically allow learners to keep their email and credentials for an allocated time period after they graduate (typically a year) so graduates can access the platform as usual within that time period.
Dedicated alumni portal
Your workspace can be duplicated into a separate space just for alumni with the same learning resources and content. Alumni can access through their personal login and access any resources that support graduates.
Alumni account conversion
When graduate login credentials expire with your institution, we can convert their login to a personal login so they can continue to access the platform outside of SSO.
