Groups

Users can be assigned to groups, which determine the content that they can see.

While Roles determine the actions that sets of users can do, Groups determine the content they have access to view.

You can view and edit the list of groups in the admin view.

To change the visibility of a playlist, so that it is only visible to a specific group, you can do so by clicking ‘edit content’ when viewing the content and then selecting ‘Target audience’

You can then choose the ‘Only certain groups’ option and then start typing the name of the group of users that you want to be able to access it.
