Potential.ly features some of the most advanced functionality of any current learning managements systems to date. Combining natural digital writing elements with inine learning elements allows administrators to create highly functional learning content that is engaging.

Adding activities to your cards is simple, just select the '+' button from any line from the card. The activities you can use are:

- Forms (reflections, feedback etc)

- Checkboxes

- Logs (CPD, evidence logging etc)

Forms

Forms allow you to collect information from learners. These could be in the form of reflections, feeback and more. To add a form, open the activity editor, select 'Interactive' and choose 'Form'.

Checkboxes

Checkboxes allow learners to confirm a request by selecting a checkbox. This could be something completed outside of the platform for example reading literature or visiting an event. To add a checkbox, open the activity editor, select 'Interactive' and choose 'Check'.

Upload

Upload allows learners to upload documents to the learning card. Uploads can then be reviewed by administrators. To add an upload form, open the activity editor, select 'Interactive' and choose 'Upload'.

Quizzes

Quizzes allow you to add quizzes to the learning card. Potential.ly quizzes mark completions automatically and can provide feedback to learners and allow learners to retake until they meet the completion criteria. Quizzes can also interact with your organisations framework to help learners progress. To add a quiz, open the activity editor, select 'Interactive' and choose 'Quizzes'.

Logs

Logs allow learners to log evidence within the learning card. Types of evidence you might ask from a learner could be work experience, extra-curricular reading and more. You can collect time logs, moments and forms. To add a log, open the activity editor, select 'Interactive' and choose 'Logs'.
